DONNA W. STRAUS
President Enterprise Title, Inc.
Donna has owned and
operated Enterprise Title, Inc. and its predecessor Homeowners Title
since 1986. A former bank executive, she used her knowledge of the
lending industry to start her own title agency.
Donna handles the majority of the closings in the Pembroke
Pines office. As
the President, she is responsible for corporate finance, company
staff performance, and customer satisfaction from buyers, sellers,
real estate agents, and lenders. We are pleased to report that,
since 1986, the overwhelming majority have been very satisfied,
thus, much of our business is derived from repeat customers. . Donna
obtained her B.S. B.A from the University of Florida and her M.B.A
in Finance from the University of Miami.
ARNOLD (SKIP) STRAUS
Partner, Straus & Associates P.A.
Skip Straus has been practicing law in South
Broward since 1984. He
was a partner at Broad and Cassel where he was responsible for the
South Florida title division. In
2000, he produced the nation’s first completely electronic purchase
transaction. Since then
he has lectured across the country about electronic closings. Skip
heads the probate and estate planning practices in the firm. Skip
represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in all types of real
estate matters. As General Counsel for Enterprise Title, Inc., he is
responsible for all legal, title, and closing aspects for closings
in the Pines office. He is the Past President of the Florida
Land Title Association (FLTA), representing title agents and
underwriters across the state. He obtained his B.A. from Tufts
University and his J.D. from University of Miami in 1979.

Our bi-lingual Closing Coordinators have over 120 years of combined experience in the title industry. With fully staffed Pre-Closing, Post-Closing and Accounting Departments, Enterprise Title delivers excellent closing and title services to the Real Estate Industry. Our IT Division pioneered the nation's first completely electronic real estate mortgage closing.
